CONFERENCE CALL

University of Pécs will celebrate its 650-year jubilee in 2017. Due to the special occasion the University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and the Hungarian Scientific Society of Nursing organizes the International Conference on the History of Health Sciences. The conference is connected to the jubilee programs and will be held on 18-19 May 2017. Our aim is not only to keep our focus on a specific scientific field such as pharmacy, medicine, nursing, education and special education or public administration, but also to emphasize the multidisciplinary nature of health sciences.
We are looking forward to receive scientific works in connection with University of Pécs and more broadly with the effective operation of Hungarian health sciences, focusing on renowned people, events and institutions of Pécs. We define international embeddedness of historic events and careers and description of various historical connections and connectedness as a fundamental cornerstone of the conference.
